No, we work with clients remotely across the U.S. You’ll always have a direct line of communication with us, and your monthly reports and support will be just as consistent and personal as if we were right down the street.

Yes—we start by reviewing your books in detail, cleaning up anything that needs attention, and getting your QuickBooks Online file organized. That includes reviewing your chart of accounts, making sure bank and credit card feeds are connected properly, and establishing a monthly process that works for you. If there’s clean-up work to be done, we’ll talk through it and include it in your onboarding plan.

We work on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts. We just ask that you give us 30 days’ notice if you ever decide to pause or end services.
