How Does it Work?

Getting started is simple and structured. You choose the QuickBooks service that fits your needs, complete a short intake form, and I handle the preparation so our time together is focused and productive. This process ensures your session is tailored, efficient, and aligned with how your business actually runs.

During your purchase, you will receive be prompted to fill out a short intake form. This helps me understand your business, current setup, and goals before we meet.

Once your intake form is submitted, we will reach out within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to my calendar. Sessions are typically booked about two weeks out, which allows time for preparation.
If you selected an in person session, we will reach out directly to confirm location details prior to scheduling. In person sessions are available if in a public space within a 60 mile radius of Coconut Creek, Florida. Anything outside of a 20 mile radius of Coconut Creek, may incur extra fees. Sessions outside of this area or those requiring a private meeting space may incur additional fees, which will always be discussed and confirmed in advance.

That is completely normal, especially if you are new to QuickBooks or bookkeeping in general. You are always welcome to reach out directly and we can talk through your situation before you decide. If you prefer to choose a service first, we will review your intake form and confirm the best fit before anything is scheduled. Adjustments can be made so you are in the right service from the start.
Do you offer virtual or in person sessions?
Yes, sessions are available both virtually and in person. In-person sessions are offered within a 60 mile radius of Coconut Creek, Florida. For locations outside of a 20 mile area, travel fees may apply and will be discussed in advance. If a private meeting space is required, any associated costs will be confirmed before your session is booked.
How far in advance are sessions scheduled?

Will I receive anything after the session?
Yes. After your live session, you will receive clean financial reports, a customized monthly checklist, and clear next steps based on what we covered together. These tools are designed to help you stay organized and confident using QuickBooks on your own. The goal is to give you clarity and a simple routine, not overwhelm.
Do you provide ongoing support or bookkeeping?
Training and set-up are standalone services, so there is no obligation to continue beyond your session. If you later decide you would like ongoing bookkeeping or support, those services are available separately. We can discuss options after your session if it feels like a good fit for your business.
What if I do not already have a QuickBooks Online subscription?
You do not need to purchase QuickBooks before getting started. On your intake form, you will be able to indicate that you do not yet have a subscription, and we will follow up within 24 to 48 hours to guide you through the next steps. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, I can also help you sign up using ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing, which is typically 30% off your first twelve months. This is subject to change.
