    Please note that clients are required to use a payroll software service. Our standard package covers up to 10 employees, with an additional charge of $20 per employee beyond the initial 10.

  • 1099 Vendor Management - $200/Year

    Simplify tax season with our 1099 vendor management services. We ensure accurate tracking and reporting of contractor payments, helping you stay compliant with IRS requirements. Our service includes collecting and maintaining W-9 forms, preparing and filing 1099 forms, and ensuring ongoing IRS compliance.

    This package covers up to 10 contractors, with an additional charge of $20 per contractor beyond the initial 10.

  • Accounts Payable - $150/Month

    Stay on top of your business expenses with our accounts payable services. We ensure that your payments are accurate and timely while keeping your records organized. Our services include bill payments and scheduling, vendor management and tracking, and expense categorization and reporting.

    This package covers up to 150 transactions, with an additional charge of $50 for every extra 25 transactions.

  • Accounts Receivables - $150/Month

    We help you manage customer invoices and payments, keeping your cash flow steady and your records accurate. Our services include invoice creation and tracking, payment processing and recording, customer account management, and follow-ups for past-due invoices.

    This package covers up to 150 transactions, with an additional charge of $50 for every extra 25 transactions.

  • Receipt Management – $100/Month

    Stay organized and audit-ready with our receipt management service. We digitally store and categorize your receipts to make them easily accessible and ensure you're maximizing deductions. This service includes digital storage and categorization, improved expense tracking, secure audit-ready records, and convenient access when you need it.

    Priced at $100/month, this package covers up to 50 receipts, with an additional charge of $50 for every extra 50 receipts.

  • QuickBooks Set-Up and Training - $150/Hour

    As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I’ll set up your account and customize it to fit your business needs. You’ll also receive personalized training to help you get the most out of the software. Whether you’re just starting or need a tailored setup, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

    Services include QuickBooks setup and configuration, a custom chart of accounts, training on key features, and ongoing support. A one-time onboarding fee applies when you become a client.

  • Miscellaneous Services & Filings - $100/Hour

    Sometimes, your business needs go beyond monthly bookkeeping. Our On-Demand Admin Support is an exclusive service for current clients who need help with occasional tasks like filing annual reports, organizing financial documents, creating custom reports, or assisting with audit preparation. Whether it’s a quick one-off or a time-consuming to-do, we’re here to handle the details so you can stay focused on running your business.

  • Clean-Up and Catch-Up Services - Call for Quote

    Whether you're months or years behind, our clean-up and catch-up services are designed to sort, organize, and reconcile your past financial records. We'll identify issues, correct errors, and deliver a clear picture of where your business stands. This service is ideal before tax time or when switching to ongoing bookkeeping support.
